Areas of Interest

I am particularly interested in emotional states which limit how much of oursevelves we can bring to our life pursuits and our relationships. I believe symptoms like depression, anxiety etc are linked to a kind of disconnection from our emotional selves and our potential, leading to feelings of stuckness which seem impossible to shift. This may manifest in:

  • difficulty forming or sustaining fulfilling relatiionships.
  • low self esteem.
  • inability to grieve and move on from significant losses like death of a loved one, separation or divorce.
  • feelings of not having achieved what you hoped you would in life.
